What the Role Involves
* Full ownership of the paella, grill, and tapas kitchen operation
* Delivering consistent, high-quality food to a 110-seat restaurant with a loyal and growing guest base
* Leading and developing a small, focused brigade
* Driving kitchen standards across food quality, preparation, and cost control
* Working with hotel leadership to build the restaurant's profile and reputation
