Sales Manager – Real Estate Marbella
We are a well-established real estate brokerage in Marbella, now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to take our company to the next level.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE:
This role is on-site in Marbella .
Only candidates currently based in Marbella or with proven professional experience in the Marbella real estate market will be considered.
Requirements (Mandatory):
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager within real estate
* Documented experience working in the Marbella property market
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and scale a sales team
* Solid understanding of high-end residential sales, client acquisition, and deal closing
* Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong advantage)
Role & Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the sales team on a daily basis
* Drive sales performance, structure processes, and improve conversion rates
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
* Actively participate in high-value negotiations and key client relationships
* Work closely with management to expand the brand and market presence in Marbella

Compensation:
Multiple commission structures available depending on role and experience 2 different option
1. Base salary + commission options available for managers
