Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant, GH&B; International Commercial is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the Head of GH&B; International Commercial and leadership team, including but not limited to efficient calendar management, travel arrangements, preparation for and set-up of team meetings, preparation and distribution of presentations and other materials.
Role Responsibilities
Prioritize and manage key administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner, including expense reports, SOW submissions, meetings/calendar management, and travel arrangements.
Handles correspondence / documents of confidential nature and where appropriate respond to, create, compose and/or edit written materials and/or e-mail responses.
Proactively coordinates leadership and team meetings, prepares and edits meeting agendas, minutes & action items, reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software and other tools such as MS Teams.
Exercises sound judgment in anticipating priorities and potential conflicts to ensure deadlines are met and leaders are properly prepared
Provides support managing calendars, scheduling high-level, time-sensitive meetings, managing travel arrangements, and completing expense reports
May serve as backup to Executive Assistant to President, GH&B;
Completes quality work on a timely basis, using judgment to identify most urgent issues and working to resolve them.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years' experience of providing administrative support to senior leaders.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to execute initiatives in a timely manner with high quality
Demonstrated resourcefulness with proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative
Ability to work well both in team environment as well as operate independently with minimal supervision Independent, proactive and anticipates needs
Ability and professional demeanor to interface with senior management and must be able to exhibit good judgment in handling confidential information
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential
Adept at learning new technologies and tools
