Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives, ensuring adherence to global guidelines and compliance while incorporating industry best practices.
* Recruit top talent for these roles, considering internal and external candidates, and provide guidance to the team to maintain engagement, drive high performance, and uphold company values.
* Align regional compensation teams and CHROs with the new strategy.
* Define and communicate the new total rewards process (including system integration when necessary) and maintain agility and compliance across the region.
