At the heart of that plan is a signature paella, grill, and tapas restaurant — and they need a Head Chef ready to own it from day one. The concept is built around paella and live-fire grilling, served from an open kitchen to a discerning international clientele. This isn't beach-resort cooking. What the Role Involves
- Full ownership of the paella, grill, and tapas kitchen operation
- Delivering consistent, high-quality food to a 110-seat restaurant with a loyal and growing guest base
- Leading and developing a small, focused brigade
- Driving kitchen standards across food quality, preparation, and cost control
- Working with hotel leadership to build the restaurant's profile and reputation
