The Role: Next-Gen Finance & Admin Associate
We’re looking for a hands-on, methodical, and curious Next-Gen Finance & Admin Associate to help us internalise accounting and drive the department’s digital transformation. You’ll work closely with the rest of the department and own daily accounting under Spanish GAAP (PGC), and spot inefficiencies to turn manual work into clean, reliable processes. You will be involved in supporting large investor-related cash-flows, fund structures and property transactions. If you love tidy books, structured systems, and tinkering with automation, this role is for you.
Ask yourself:
* Do you get a kick out of clean books, on-time closes, and reconciliations that actually reconcile?
* Does turning messy spreadsheets and manual steps into simple, automated workflows sound satisfying?
* Do you want a front-row seat to build the finance backbone of a fast-growing scale-up — and see your work move the needle every month?
If yes, this is a rare chance to lead growth at the intersection of real estate, community, and lifestyle — in one of Europe’s most exciting cities to live and invest in: Valencia.
What will you do
* Internal accounting (PGC): daily posting, AR/AP and bank reconciliations, accruals/deferrals, preparing accounting for a smooth monthly closing, to be reviewed with the rest of the department.
* ERP (Holded): take ownership of our ERP as the go-to person in the team. Beyond maintaining clean master data, bank feeds, tax mappings, and chart of accounts, you’ll explore and unlock the platform’s full potential (e.g., project-level P&L, inventory tracking, smarter reporting). You won’t need to know everything from day one — but you’ll have the drive to test, learn, and turn the ERP into a true backbone for finance and operations. Holded experience is a plus.
* Invoicing & cash: run AP/AR cycles end-to-end, monitor collections, schedule payments, and support weekly cash-flow tracking.
* Digital transformation: map processes (contracts, document flows, reporting), propose improvements, and execute basic automations.
* Real-estate transaction support: assist in due diligence, coordinate end-to-end purchase/sale processes with agents, notaries, buyers/sellers, investors; manage utilities switchovers and contracts administration.
* Planning & performance: support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow and management reporting.
* Startup mindset: step up beyond the job description when needed and help the team win. You’ll have full freedom to bring forward your own ideas — and the responsibility to see them through. Unlike corporate environments full of fixed processes and layers of approval, here your input will directly shape how we work.
You bring
* Foundational knowledge of financial accounting under Spanish GAAP (PGC).
* Precision, structure, and a love for getting things “just right”.
* Good Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong comfort with digital tools.
* Highly organised and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once.
* Genuine interest in automation/AI (e.g., Zapier/Make) and a fast-learning attitude.
* Fluent in Spanish and comfortable in English (spoken and written).
What’s in it for you
* Join a fast-growing real estate scale-up in sunny Valencia.
* Be one of the first 20 people shaping the company’s future.
* An entry point into finance and operations with real ownership from day one and visible impact.
* Work with an ambitious, international young team in a vibrant ecosystem.
* Beautiful office near Jardí del Túria with daily breakfast and lunch included.
* Competitive salary based on experience.
* A changing environment with room to grow — as we scale, your scope can expand if you deliver results.
