Your mission
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience across different communication channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers via phone, chat, and email
* Understanding customer needs and providing clear, effective solutions
* Handling multiple interactions simultaneously using various systems
* Maintaining a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
* Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment
Your profile
* Native or fluent Finnish, both written and spoken
* Very good command of English, written and spoken
* Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
* Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks efficiently
* Solution-driven, flexible, and attentive to customer needs
* Comfortable working in a dynamic customer service setting
