If you're passionate about technology, problem-solving, and supporting innovative projects in the field of genomics and healthcare, we'd love to hear from you!Position: IT Systems SpecialistOversee the deployment and standardization of corporate hardware and software across all sites, according to our group policies.Provide remote and hands-on support for end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals), resolving helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and user accounts.Manage local device inventory.Manage and troubleshoot basic Local Area Network (LAN/Wi-Fi) issues, including connectivity problems, patching, and assisting with switch/router configurations.Support and maintain audio-visual (AV) equipment in meeting roomsManage incidents and requests related to the organization's IT systems, applications, and tools, as well as communication and equipment.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in IT-related projects, communicate status and updates to employees as part of a broader project team, and manage their IT needs.IT Education/Background (Higher Vocational Training or Degree in Systems Engineering / IT).Spanish and English (C1 level).Google Workspace, Global Protect, Verkada, Jira, Confluence, Okta, AWS, Active directoryPermanent contract and job stability.
