Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and versatile Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our group across France and Spain.This is a key, cross-functional role involving administration, accounting coordination, HR support, and executive assistance in team coordination. You will work closely with the CEO and external partners, playing an essential role in keeping the company running smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Accounting SupportMonitor and follow up on administrative and financial matters for two group entities (France & Spain)Track invoices, ensure proper documentation, and follow up on paymentsCoordinate with external accountants and support bookkeeping processesVendor & Partner CoordinationLiaise with external service providers (accountants, legal advisors, etc.)Ensure timely communication and follow-ups on ongoing mattersHR AdministrationAssist in payroll preparation and coordination with payroll providersManage employee records, holidays, and leave trackingExecutive SupportProvide day-to-day administrative support to the CEOHandle scheduling, documentation, and general coordination tasksMarketing SupportAssist with basic marketing and operational tasks as needed (campaign coordination, content updates, etc.)
