Real Estate Program Mgr LATAM, Global Realty - Rest of World (ROW)

Amazon is seeking a Real Estate Program Manager to support the delivery of real estate initiatives across LATAM. This individual will play a critical role in enabling our teams to launch and scale new facilities by ensuring project milestones are tracked, processes move forward, and stakeholders stay aligned. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Construction, Engineering) and external partners (brokers, consultants, developers) to keep projects on track from initial feasibility to site launch.
Responsibilities:
* Track progress across multiple real estate and construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
* Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity in project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel, or proprietary systems).
* Coordinate due diligence efforts including environmental, zoning, legal, and permitting reviews.
* Schedule and run project meetings, manage calendars, and ensure clear communication of action items and next steps.
* Manage purchase orders, review invoices, and support budget tracking.
* Drive continuous improvement in tools, reporting, and project management processes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of program or project management experience
* Experience developing program strategies and plans, executing them, and influencing senior stakeholders
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics for improvements
* PMP certification
* Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading)
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, charts, lookups, nested formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)
* 5+ years in commercial real estate, industrial site development, or construction
* Experience building processes, managing projects, and schedules
