As an IT Support and CRM Admin Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our systems, tools, and people running smoothly. You’ll split your time evenly between IT support and CRM administration, ensuring that both our internal IT environment and our sales system run efficiently, securely, and reliably.
You’ll provide hands-on technical support to colleagues, manage user accounts and devices, and maintain network and software systems. At the same time, you’ll take ownership of our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, supporting the sales team, and helping customers to experience a seamless experience.

What you will do
* IT Support (50%)
o Provide first-line technical support through our ticketing system, email, or in person.
o Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
o Install, configure, and maintain software, operating systems, and applications.
o Support network-related issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
o Manage user accounts and permissions across systems and tools.
o Maintain IT asset inventory, including device setup and decommissioning.
o Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing IT accounts and hardware.
* CRM Administration (50%)
o Review and adjust closed deals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
o Process ad-hoc administrative requests (e.g., deal splits, updates, supplier forms).
o Monitor and triage incoming CRM or administrative requests, assigning them as needed.
o Act as a key liaison between Sales, Onboarding and Finance to streamline system processes.
Who are you
* 1–3 years of experience in IT support
* Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
* Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and adjacent tools (like travel booking platforms)
* Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills — approachable, patient, and collaborative. Comfortable working independently while being part of a cross-functional team.
* Proficient in English for work purposes
