We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven Sales Leader & Coordinator to manage the day-to-day sales operations at Casas Heddy. This role will serve as the primary on-site sales contact, supporting the Sales Director by executing sales strategies, handling incoming leads, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring seamless guest and partner follow-up. This is a pivotal role in ensuring that our European sales efforts are translated into operational success on the ground.
Responsibilities
* Act as the on-site point of contact for all B2B and B2C sales-related inquiries, bookings, and partner communication.
* Respond to leads, create proposals, and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients, travel agents, and referring partners.
* Manage daily communication with the Sales Director, ensuring alignment on priorities, progress, and support needs.
* Work closely with Marketing, Front Office, Reservations, Life Center, F&B, and Housekeeping to coordinate group arrivals, guest needs, and special requests.
* Maintain clear internal communication flows for all incoming sales activity, ensuring departments are briefed and ready.
* Support the guest journey from inquiry to arrival, and post-stay follow-up when necessary.
* Manage B2B relationships on-site (e.G., travel coordinators, group leaders, wellness facilitators) to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Update and maintain all relevant client information in CRM and sales systems.
* Prepare basic sales reports and status updates for the Sales Director.
* Support logistics for site inspections, fam trips, and VIP visits.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in hotel/resort sales, guest services, or reservations.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident communicator (written and verbal) in English and Spanish;
additional languages such as German or French are a plus.
* Comfortable using CRM platforms, relevant software systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
