Your Tasks
1. Maintaining departmental records and databases (including organizing archives)
2. Managing executive calendars and travel arrangements
3. Coordinating agendas, preparing meetings, and taking minutes
4. Acting as liaison both internally and externally; serving as the first point of contact for Pilatus Ibérica
5. Supporting administrative tasks, reports, and presentations
With this you convince us
1. Commercial or administrative education
2. Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate and international environment
3. High level of English (C1), German (B2 / C1), and Spanish (fluent), both spoken and written, with a strong affinity for communication
4. High proficiency with digital tools (MS Office) and common business software (Microsoft Teams); social media management (LinkedIn) is a plus
5. Knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) is a clear advantage
6. Strong service orientation, reliability, flexibility, and absolute discretion
