About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our CX & Internal tools team. In this role, you will enhance the user experience for both customers and colleagues, focusing on improving interfaces and business processes.
Your main goal will be to launch a major B2E product and support existing tools for customer support and operational teams.
Responsibilities
* Launch new products: Own the process from discovery to go-live, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
* Polish existing products: Improve flows and features, eliminate friction, and enhance overall experience through thoughtful design iterations.
* Deep domain knowledge: Understand the business, operations, and user needs to create relevant and impactful solutions.
* Dogfood our products: Use internal tools regularly to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
* Participate in product and tech decisions: Engage in discussions to help shape outcomes early.
* Conduct research: Plan and execute user research to validate ideas and uncover pain points.
* Contribute to the design system: Help evolve our internal design system for consistency and scalability.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Experience with B2B, B2E SaaS, or internal tools for 2–3 years.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to design complex, user-friendly products.
* Familiar with interaction patterns and excellent visual skills.
* Experience working independently, possibly in startups or small teams.
* Confident communicator able to articulate ideas clearly to various stakeholders.
* Ability to synthesize user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities.
* Systems thinking, long-term focus, and flexibility in design direction.
