We are looking for a Contracting Manager to join our team in Arona, Tenerife. As a Contracting Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing revenue by achieving contracting targets and exploring new business opportunities in accordance with the company's guidelines, standards, and strategies in the assigned area. Additionally, you will develop and execute contracting strategies within the territory in coordination with management and aligned with overall company objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Act as the face-to-face key point of contact for accommodation supplier vendors to maintain relationships related to contracting, operational, commercial, or financial activities.Negotiate initial purchase quality metrics of the contract with new suppliers and contract renewals, including rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, cancellation policy, credit terms, and pricing models (net or commission).Maintain and expand the supplier portfolio according to targets, ensuring product diversity for our customer base.Identify and negotiate with key partners for preferential conditions in coordination with your immediate superior, promoting commercial opportunities.Identify and monitor contractual obligations to ensure compliance (customer service standards, data protection, signings, etc.) and address associated risks.Ensure contract targets are met and maintain or grow production in the designated areas.Handle all aspects related to contracting, including negotiations, setting and loading contracts, client assignment, non-bookable content, and follow-ups with hoteliers regarding brochure descriptions.Analyze sales performance, compare to previous years, competitors, and margins, considering flight availabilities, new operations, or any changes affecting contracted product performance.
