Run a simple, value-first outreach : short discovery, map pain points, and book meetings for our team. Coordinate intro calls, proposals, and follow-ups with Humansforce consultants. Share market signals (open roles, reorganisations, expansion) to sharpen campaigns. Idóneo profile 3–7+ years in new-business / sales development / partnership sales (agency, SaaS, or services). Comfortable with prospecting and executive conversations ; concise writer. Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. English and Spanish fluency required; German a plus. Independent, trustworthy, and outcome-driven. Commission & earnings (high commissions) Commission-only (freelance/independent contractor). Generous commissions on every signed client and successful hire/project.
