Payroll Specialist Lead – Spain
Salary: €47,000
Location: Fully Remote

What You’ll Do
* Manage end-to-end Spanish payroll — from data collection and processing to statutory filings, approvals, and payments.
* Act as the subject matter expert for all things related to Spanish payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Payroll Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
* Handle reconciliations and payroll accounting tasks with precision.
* Keep payroll data clean, consistent, and audit-ready.
* Contribute to process improvements and efficiency projects across the payroll function.
* Provide occasional support to regional payroll leads when needed.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience managing Spanish payroll, ideally within a global or fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of Spanish labor law, tax, and compliance.
* Skilled in tools like SAP, Excel, or Google Sheets.
* Excellent attention to detail with a knack for problem-solving.
* Comfort working asynchronously and independently in a remote-first culture.
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
