We are looking for a Senior System Administrator with strong DevOps skills to lead the migration of our existing Atlassian stack (Bitbucket, Bamboo) to a modern DevOps platform such as GitLab or GitHub.
This is a high-impact position that requires excellent technical and communication skills, as you will be working closely with developers to analyze, optimize, and migrate build pipelines, document deployment processes, and ensure a smooth transition for the development teams.

What will you be doing?
* Lead the transition from Bamboo to GitLab/GitHub CI/CD.
* Analyze and migrate existing build and deployment plans.
* Create and maintain efficient GitLab/GitHub pipelines.
* Collaborate with developers to understand deployment workflows and improve automation.
* Document CI/CD processes, standards, and guidelines.
* Maintain and improve configuration management using Ansible and Puppet.
* Ensure smooth integration of tools such as Jira, Bitbucket (during transition), GitLab/GitHub, and Confluence.
Job requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
* Strong experience with Bamboo, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
* Solid knowledge of Linux systems, especially Debian-based distributions.
* Proficiency in Ansible (preferred) and Puppet.
* Good understanding of deployment and release workflows.
* Excellent communication skills — ability to work closely with developers and product teams.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Strong documentation skills.
