We're searching for a hands-on B2B marketing leader
with a digital-first mindset and a proven track record in PR, brand building, demand generation, customer marketing, and tactical execution that drives results.
The ideal candidate brings marketing experience in enterprise software or SaaS, preferably in the L&D and HR-tech space, and can translate strategy into scalable growth across the full marketing funnel - from lead acquisition to sales conversion and customer retention.
The Head of Marketing Spain will:
* Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, AI adoption, curiosity, continuous improvement, and data-driven execution.
* Contribute strategic insights and direction within the international marketing team.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on brand visibility, demand generation, and customer retention.
* Coordinate planning sessions and workshops to support business priorities.
* Engage in industry dialogue and gather market intelligence to inform strategies.
* Build relationships with industry influencers through PR and thought leadership.
* Contribute to customer persona development and refine the ICP.
* Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Development for content and go-to-market strategies.
* Work with People & Culture to enhance employer branding.
* Utilize AI to improve marketing efficiency and lead digital transformation.
* Design and optimize email campaigns and paid media initiatives.
* Lead Account-Based Marketing and manage CRM data integrity.
* Plan and execute events, webinars, and digital engagements.
* Proven experience in senior marketing roles within international environments.
* Strong background in B2B enterprise software marketing and team leadership.
* Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns, AI-driven marketing, SEO, social media, analytics, and SEM.
* Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools.
* Experience with ABM and analytics tools like Power BI.
* Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
* Comfortable with remote collaboration tools.
