Job Description
Safety and Health Coordinator
Responsibilities
Comprehensive safety and health management for complex industrial construction project
Implement and maintain comprehensive occupational health and safety protocols
Ensure full compliance with national and international safety regulations
Develop and execute risk prevention strategies
Conduct systematic safety inspections and audits
Preventive Safety Management: develop comprehensive safety management plan, create and implement safety training programs, conduct risk assessments for all project phases, manage safety documentation and reporting, coordinate emergency response protocols
Occupational Health Monitoring: implement health surveillance programs, manage workplace health and safety compliance, conduct medical and preventive health screenings, develop ergonomic workplace solutions, monitor occupational health indicators
Safety Compliance Responsibilities: ensure compliance with Spanish Occupational Risk Prevention Law, European Union safety regulations, industry-specific safety standards, and international safety best practices
Required Qualifications
Professional Experience:
5-7 years in industrial safety management
Proven track record in large-scale construction projects
Experience in high-risk industrial environments
