Introducing smoke‑free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re fast moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced‑risk products.
We’re looking for customer‑centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation. If you have omni‑channel skills in e‑commerce, marketing, channel strategy, customer experience or digital strategy, this is a career‑changing opportunity to shape a new global function and help create a smoke‑free future.
Day to day
As a Territory Commercial Executive you will deploy and negotiate a lead‑generation program with POS owners and employees, and with the resellers’ certification program. You will own the training and engagement activity, new product launches and portfolio positioning, and correct placement of the products.
You will be responsible for negotiating, tracking KPIs, and continuously improving the qualitative and quantitative objectives at the point of sale.
Mandatory Requirements
University degree.
English level, at least B2, to be tested. Spanish native or near‑native.
Valid driving license for Spanish territory, held for at least 1 year – in general.
EU valid work permit.
At least 2 years of previous experience in sales, trade marketing or marketing department.
1 year or more of FMCG experience in B2B (desirable).
Ability to negotiate and achieve sales targets.
Capacity to build solid relationships with clients.
Organizational skills; ability to prioritize is essential.
