WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
* Manage Windows Server infrastructure: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
* Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi environments: VM lifecycle, snapshots, vMotion, and storage management.
* Maintain Windows and Linux servers: patching, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
* Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam Backup & Replication, including replication strategies.
* Handle storage systems: Pure Storage volume management, snapshots, replication, and performance optimization.
* Support database operations: basic Microsoft SQL Server administration and maintenance.
* Manage networking and SAN infrastructure: configure and troubleshoot Brocade switches and cross-site replication.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* A least 7 years of professional experience in a similar role
* Fluent English
* Windows Server: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs.
* VMware vSphere/ESXi: VM management, snapshots, vMotion, storage.
* Administer Windows and Linux servers, including patching, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
* Administer and maintain virtualized environments using VMware vSphere/ESXi.
* Microsoft SQL Server: basic administration, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
* Veeam Backup & Replication: configuration, backup policies, restore, replication.
* Pure Storage: volume management, snapshots, replication, performance analysis.
* Linux (preferably RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu): service management, basic scripting (bash).
* Experience configuring and troubleshooting SAN switches (Brocade).
* Experience with cross-site replication strategies.

* Workplace: Hybrid (60% In-office / 40% remote) C/ Santa Leonor, 65 ( Madrid)
* Work Schedule: 12x5 shift (7:00-15:00 / 11:00-19:00) + oncalls
