WHAT'S YOUR ROLE IN THIS ?
You willdesign and execute the full marketing strategyin Spain, aligned with the company's business goals.
You'll take the lead on launching and managing campaigns (online and offline), generating leads, nurturing customer relationships and supporting the brand's positioning in the Spanish healthcare space.
This is a cross-functional role, working closely with product, sales and design to ensurebrand consistencyand messaging impact.
You'll also be in charge ofmonitoring marketing performance, managing the budget, and continuously optimizing based on results.
MORE PRECISELY, YOU WILL
Define and lead the marketing strategyfor Spain, focusing on growth, revenue, and customer success.
Design and executeself-service marketing campaignsthat drive upselling and cross-selling through our platform.
Overseemulti-channel campaigns(digital, content, email, SEO/SEM, automation) to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
Optimize thecontent and product experiencefor AI-driven recommendation engines and assistant-based searches.
TrackKPIs and ROI, manage budgets, and continuously optimize marketing performance.
Collaborate withproduct, sales, and design teamsto ensure alignment between marketing strategy and business objectives.
OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED ?
+6 years of experience in astrategic marketing role within the SaaS/tech industry(B2B strongly preferred).
Proven expertise indemand generation, inbound marketing, and marketing automation.
Strong experience withCRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics.
Track record indriving growth through product-led or self-service marketing initiatives.
Ability tooptimize content for AI-driven responses(ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to maximize visibility and engagement.
