Requirements
* Portfolio demonstrating photorealistic hard surface work at AAA quality
* Experience creating assets for modern game engines (Unreal, Unity, or proprietary engines)
* Expert proficiency in Maya and/or Blender for hard surface modeling
* Develop photorealistic PBR materials and textures using industry-standard workflows
* Knowledge of UV unwrapping, texture density, and efficient texture layout
* Strong grasp of edge flow, topology, and weighted normals
* Solid understanding of real-time rendering constraints and optimization techniques
Nice to haves
* Experience with Substance Designer for procedural material creation
* Knowledge of modular kit creation, trim sheets, and tileable textures
* Understanding performance optimization strategies
What we offer
* This is a fully remote position with a flexible working schedule.
* Salary range is 18k-38k USD depending on expertise and experience.
