Job Description

ADM is looking for a commercially focused Sales Manager to drive growth of the Lasavista portfolio across the Iberian Foodservice Wholesale channel. This role is responsible for managing strategic wholesale accounts, developing new business opportunities, and expanding ADM’s branded and customer own-label presence across Spain and the wider Iberian market.

Working within a matrix organization, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth, successful product launches, and long-term customer partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

* Take ownership of identified strategic growth accounts across Iberia and actively support new customer acquisition within the Foodservice Wholesale channel.
* Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to Iberian foodservice wholesale markets.
* Lead commercial negotiations with central consortia offices on pricing, promotional activities, and framework agreements, while managing day-to-day engagement with individual members.
* Support the development and expansion of supplier-branded and customer own-label ranges, working closely with Product Management, Application, and Product Development teams.
* Lead customer projects from briefing through to implementation, with full accountability for delivery and commercial results.
* Manage and grow a diverse foodservice and ingredients portfolio.
* Negotiate pricing structures, manage customer rebate programs, and ensure strong commercial performance.
* Create, manage, and deliver sales plans and budgets in line with agreed market strategies.
* Control and monitor all sales activities with existing and prospective customers.
* Build, maintain, and develop long-term customer relationships based on trust and partnership.
* Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
* Report directly to the Sales Director Iberia, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Regional Foodservice Sales Director.

Your Profile
* 5+ years’ experience in the Iberian Foodservice Wholesale (B2B) channel.
* Proven track record working with major foodservice wholesalers, with a strong network across national and regional customers.
* Demonstrated success in launching new products, under either supplier brands or customer own-label.
* Experience securing new branded listings, establishing supplier agreements, and managing sales performance and rebate schemes.
* University degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
* Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a strong advantage.
* Strong ability to work collaboratively within a matrix organization, supported by excellent communication skills.
* Flexible and willing to travel regularly across the Iberian region.
* Independent, structured, and results-driven working style.
* High levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to perform under pressure.
* Strong customer and service orientation, with solid technology and systems capabilities.
