Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage the administrative workflow for medical devices received from hospitals for repair or maintenance.
* Open, register, and maintain work orders in the company’s service management systems with accuracy and timeliness.
* Track repair status and ensure proper documentation throughout the service lifecycle.
* Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for hospitals regarding service requests and device logistics.
* Collaborate closely with Technical Service engineers to prioritize work orders and ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with BD quality, safety, and regulatory procedures related to service activities.
* Maintain organized records, reports, and service documentation.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Technical Service department.
Qualifications
* University degree or FP.
* English upper intermediate.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work orders simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and strong follow‑up skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and proactive attitude.
* Must be able to sign an internship agreement with the university.
Salary
950€ monthly
