Faculty assistants at IESE provide advanced administrative support for some Professors with a high level of responsibility and confidentiality.
Responsibilities typically include:
* Writing or preparing reports
* Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
* Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
* Organising events and conferences
* Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
* Managing databases and filing systems
* Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
* Liaising with students, participants and staff
* Collating and filing expenses
Requirements
Candidate Profile
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Office Manager studies.
Languages: English and Spanish proficiency level.
Other Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Client and service orientation.
* Attention to detail: the candidate must have the necessary characteristics and style of working related to an academic environment.
* Initiative: the candidate must be a professional with self-confidence, a proactive attitude, action oriented, dynamic, hard working, innovative, and receptive to improvements and constant learning.
