We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth of our workflow automation and print software solutions across Spain. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the printing or graphic arts industry who wants to focus increasingly on software‑driven production workflows and automation.
The role is home‑office‑based, with most customer interactions conducted remotely via video meetings and online demonstrations. Travel within Spain is required for key customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow ECO3’s software business across Spain
Build strong relationships with commercial printers, packaging converters, and newspaper publishers
Identify opportunities for workflow automation, production optimization, and digital transformation
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and solution positioning to contract negotiation and closing
Work closely with technical specialists and product experts during demonstrations and solution evaluations
Maintain an active pipeline and achieve defined sales targets
Represent ECO3 at industry events, customer events, and trade shows
Ideal Background
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the printing and graphic arts ecosystem, including commercial printing, packaging, labels, or newspaper production.
Relevant experience may include working with or selling solutions from companies such as HP Inc., Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Kodak, Esko, or Electronics For Imaging.
Qualifications
5+ years of sales or technical experience in the printing, prepress, or production technology industry
Good understanding of print production workflows
Self‑driven and comfortable working in a territory‑based role
Languages
Spanish (native)

Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe (Iberia) (EV Charging)

Our core business focuses on EV Charging solutions, with an expanding Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage (C&I ESS) portfolio designed to support the evolving needs of the energy transition.

As our European business continues to expand, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe (Iberia) to develop the EV charging market and support the introduction of our C&I energy storage solutions in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned regional sales targets including contract value and revenue collection.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to ensure continuous business growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Iberian market, including Spain and Portugal.

Cross‑functional Collaboration

Monitor EV charging and energy storage market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the Iberian region.
Provide regular market feedback and strategic insights to support business development.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and customer meetings.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Energy, Business, or related fields.
At least 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EV charging, renewable energy, electrical equipment, or energy infrastructure industries.
Experience in solution‑based sales, managing complex projects rather than standardized products.
Proven ability to develop new markets and acquire first customers in new regions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently within Spain and Portugal.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
Candidates must already have legal residence and work authorization in the EU.

We are looking for a Salesman who can do BD of Solar Inverters & PCS in the Spanish market. The candidate should have existing relationships with local solar developers, EPC contractors and IPPs.
Responsibilities
