Job description
We are looking for a professional for event management and trade marketing, with the following main responsibilities: • Events: Organizing brand and trade events, coordinating PR activities, managing suppliers and logistics, preparing budgets, timelines, and post-event reports, and aligning communication with the PR team. • Trade Marketing: Implementing strategies across channels, collaborating with commercial and digital teams, and supporting retailers’ e-commerce platforms. • Logistics & Operations: Handling promotional material orders, inventory control, and warehouse management. • Visual Merchandising (VM): Coordinating merchandiser travel, monitoring visits, supervising POS materials, and maintaining photographic archives. • Budget & Supplier Management: Recording expenses, managing project budgets and purchase orders, and onboarding suppliers with proper documentation.
Profile
- Experience in event coordination. - Background in trade marketing positions. - Ability to work collaboratively with international teams. - Project management, multitasking and attention to detail. - Strong organizational and coordination skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Professional requirements
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – advanced user. Design packages (Adobe suite), a plus.
