The role will support the development and strengthening of our Group HR department and will support directly our CHRO.
Key responsibilities will include :
* Manage, schedule, and confirm appointments, travel reservations, expenses, and draft meeting agendas
* Manage administrative staff and control documentation generated by departments
* Control, manage, and supply stock and materials
* Manage and update distribution lists
* Organize events and provide ad hoc support when needed
* Perform other agenda-related tasks
Reporting line and location
This role will report to our Executive Group HR Assistant. The position is based in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Spain's HQ - Madrid).

Requirements and competencies
We are looking for a high-potential, proactive, and solution-oriented individual focused on driving value to the business, seeking a challenging yet rewarding job.
* 2-5 years’ experience supporting a C-level executive or similar senior roles
* Experience with an international company is strongly preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, audiovisual systems, and social media platforms
* Flexibility
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; French is a plus
