We are looking for recent graduates (#Graduates_Spain) from various disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.
What does DISCOVER consist of?
In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in top-tier training in new knowledge areas essential for future professionals.
You will have the opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree, organized into three training blocks, enabling you to DISCOVER in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree.
The internship will commence in early October 2025 and will last 11 months (August is excluded). It is a full-time role (40h/week), with an attractive study grant.

Airbus General Procurement (GP) is seeking a new team member!
Fully integrated within the Procurement organization, GP’s mission is to procure goods and services for the entire Group (Airbus Commercial, ADS, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Atlantic), playing a key role in creating value and enhancing the company's competitiveness.
At Engineering Procurement (PJE), we are responsible for sourcing services related to R&T, Innovation, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and Customer Services across Airbus divisions. PJE manages a spend of €1.4 billion with over 50 team members across Europe.
PJE is a vital player in Research, Innovation, and Testing, adapting sourcing strategies to various group programs. This role offers the chance to support end-to-end service development and partner selection.
Your mission will involve managing procurement activities within the Research, Innovation & Test Sub-Commodity (PJER), focusing on Research and Testing topics.
Functions :
1. Support ramp-up in catalogues
2. Monitor adherence to strategies agreed upon at MDT level
3. Prepare workshops and follow-up actions
4. Provide inputs to MFT or MDT to support strategic development
5. Define and develop synergies, applying end-to-end approaches where applicable
6. Support transition from Research to Industrialization phase
7. Manage projects and tenders with multi-divisional and trans-national scope for Research, Innovation, and Testing
8. Maintain continuous commercial relationships with suppliers to mitigate risks
9. Contribute to supplier development in digitalization and innovation
10. Fulfill business needs and deliver initiatives that add value
11. Support development of selected suppliers or startups
12. Continuously improve processes for Innovation
Required skills
* Engineering degree (e.g., Aeronautical, Industrial, or related fields)
* Proficient in English (C1 level) and Spanish; other languages like French are a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)
* Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
