We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Billing Assistant to support our invoicing and administrative processes. The ideal candidate enjoys working with numbers, reviewing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You will work closely with our internal teams, as well as with our external accounting support, helping maintain efficient and accurate billing processes.
What youll do
* Review and process supplier and customer invoices accurately and on time.
* Support day-to-day billing and administrative operations.
* Coordinate with external accounting support regarding invoices and documentation.
* Maintain organized financial and administrative records.
* Help identify improvements to simplify administrative and billing tasks.
* Follow company procedures and ensure accuracy in invoicing processes.
* Assist with general administrative tasks related to finance and operations.
Who you are
* +3 years of experience in administration, billing, accounting support, or similar roles.
* Comfortable working with invoices, spreadsheets, and administrative documentation.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Experience with ERP systems or invoicing tools is a plus.
* Able to manage routine tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
