The Role

We're looking for a driven BDR (Freelance) to join our growing team. You'll be on the front lines of our European expansion — prospecting, qualifying, and building the pipeline that powers our growth across markets.

What you'll do

* Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects across European markets through outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
* Identify and research target accounts, mapping the right decision-makers and understanding their business context before outreach
* Conduct initial discovery conversations to uncover pain points and assess fit with Cuadra AI's solution
* Qualify leads and move opportunities forward through the pipeline with a structured and consistent approach
* Develop and iterate on outreach sequences and messaging to continuously improve reply rates and meeting conversions
* Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, ensuring full pipeline visibility
* Share market insights and prospect feedback to help shape go-to-market strategy

What we're looking for

* 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role — B2B SaaS or tech background preferred
* Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish — required
* Proven ability to run outbound prospecting independently, from research to first conversation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills — you know how to get a response
* Comfortable with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar)
* Self-driven and structured — you manage your own pipeline without needing to be chased
* Genuine curiosity about AI and how it creates value for businesses
