* Partner Revenue Operation Hello You’ll be at the heart of our Partner organization, working cross-functionally to analyze performance, optimize processes, and build systems that scale. From defining CRM workflows in Hubspot to implementing data structures, resolving team challenges, and supporting operational excellence projects — you’ll help us transform how we work with Partners globally. What You’ll Do * Analyze Partner performance & KPIs: Build dashboards, reports, and insights to monitor growth, revenue contribution, and pipeline progress.* Design & optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot): Structure data models, build automations, and ensure our CRM supports seamless Partner operations.* Streamline processes: Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement scalable processes for acquisition, onboarding, and management.* Support daily operations: Solve tickets, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure the Partner team operates smoothly.* Drive operational projects: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives that elevate the entire Partner ecosystem. Who You Are * 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, or CRM Administration, ideally in a tech or SaaS company.* Proactive and problem-solving mindset — you don’t wait for problems to be solved;
you make them disappear.* Strong analytical and data management skills — you know how to translate numbers into decisions.* Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) is a strong plus.* Passionate about efficiency, systems, and continuous improvement.* Ambitious, curious, and not afraid to get your hands dirty to make things work.* Fluent in English is a must (other languages are a plus ).
