One key function in Barcelona is the Customer Operations Center, which handles quotes, order processing, invoicing, and deliveries for Europe. Primary Responsibilities
Booking of assigned orders
Order management
Customer service and call handling
Managing blocked orders
Resolving issues throughout the quote-to-cash cycle
The Customer Service Coordinator will interface with customers, Account Managers, Sales Agents, factory/logistic centers, and country Contact Centers to communicate and deliver information.
Key Deliverables
Booking and managing orders according to policies and SLAs
Daily follow-up with Logistics for timely delivery, escalating overdue orders or missing parts
Handling customer and partner calls via IVR within SLAs
Ensuring compliance with order acceptance policies and updating control reports
Meeting targets for shipped not invoiced or delivery blocked orders
Keeping customers informed about order status, measured through ACX
Handling customer complaints and providing solutions within time limits, with follow-up
Requirements
Higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent experience
Fluent in English and German;
French is a plus
Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate across functions and teams
Multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Innovative mindset with solution-oriented feedback
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress positively
