Job overview
This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales personality at a reputable, German-founded, international FinTech company, who is ready for take-off. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) - French speaker, you will be a key driver in our sales team. We seek a highly energetic and passionate individual to expand our presence in the markets.
Responsibilities
1. Prospect, follow up, and pass on qualified leads to our Account Executives to convert into new customers.
2. Build relationships with stakeholders up to C-level to identify needs and qualify interests.
3. Qualify inbound leads and generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold-calling, emailing, and social selling.
4. Coordinate with sales team to meet company goals and targets.
5. Work hybrid from Madrid, covering the French market.
Qualifications
1. Completed studies and/or experience in a fast-paced environment, seeking a career start in sales or sales development.
2. Excellent communication skills, persuasive, trustworthy, and attentive to customer needs.
3. Target-driven, responsive, and committed to selling SaaS solutions.
4. Tech-savvy with the ability to understand our CPM platform.
5. Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
