We are currently supporting a global fashion and retail organisation on the search for an experienced SAP Logistics / Supply Chain Management Consultant to join a long-term project.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Consultant with strong functional expertise across transportation and supply chain processes. The consultant will support SAP logistics implementations and integrations with logistics partners and carriers.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and gather logistics and transportation requirements
* Provide functional expertise across transport and shipping processes
* Support shipment execution and freight cost handling
* Work on integrations with logistics providers and carriers
* Produce functional specifications for technical teams
* Support system and integration testing
* Provide operational support during and after implementation phases
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong SAP Logistics / SCM consulting experience
* Experience with transportation and shipping processes
* Knowledge of shipment execution and freight cost management
* Experience integrating SAP with external logistics partners
* Integration knowledge including EDI / IDocs and API-based integrations
* Experience with shipping label platforms or carrier connectivity solutions
* Experience working on SAP implementation or rollout projects
Nice to Have
* Experience within fashion, retail, or consumer goods industries
* Exposure to S/4HANA logistics transformations
Working Model
* Travel to Metzingen, Germany approximately once per month for a few days
