Mission context
As an Administrative Officer, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting meetings, handling documentation, and providing translation and text processing services. You will work in a bilingual environment with a hybrid work model.
Function description
* Provide general administrative and logistics support
* Take minutes during meetings and prepare supporting materials for committees and management
* Perform accurate data entry and document management
* Handle translations and text processing to support internal communication
Your profile
Education
* Minimum secondary education degree or equivalent by experience
Languages
* French: native or fluent
* English: good working knowledge
Experience
* 2 to 6 years of experience in administrative roles
* Strong expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Soft skills
* Strong communication skills with diplomacy and customer orientation
* Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
* Problem-solving mindset with high attention to accuracy and quality
* Good organizational insight and ability to manage multiple tasks
Work conditions
* Hybrid working model: 50% on site / 50% remote (Brussels)
