Responsibilities
* Analyze requirements and participate in technical project design.
* Provide effort estimations and collaborate with teams to achieve project goals.
* Optimize application performance and identify technical risks with alternative solutions.
* Work with technology providers as needed, document processes, and track system metrics.
* Validate solutions against business needs, train end users, and implement technological advancements.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, generate technical documentation, and contribute to team training.
* Share knowledge within Omega’s community and suggest methodological improvements.
* Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
Knowledge / Experience
* Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
* Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; other Salesforce clouds are a plus.
* Knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, web services, migration tools.
* Understanding of Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall, SDLC, and coding methodologies.
* Ability to work independently, with excellent English communication skills.
* Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
