Experteer Overview As Agronomic Solutions Manager, you will develop tailor-made crop protection solutions for EMEA and the Mediterranean Cluster, ensuring efficient development and timely market entry. You will generate technical knowledge on new products and transfer it to Market Development. You will lead field trials, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to European and regional development projects to shape product positioning and customer value. - Develop tailor-made crop protection solutions for EMEA and Mediterranean Cluster in Arable Crops
- Maintain proximity to local markets to anticipate customer needs and CP trends
- Define and implement development strategies for optimized time-to-market in collaboration with Field Solutions, Regulatory Science, Market Development and Marketing
- Plan and document trials for registration according to GAP/Label, EPPO standards, or country requirements
- Contribute to European development projects and support EU zonal projects as L-ASM
- Organize sample flow to agronomists to ensure timely trial delivery
- Propose and build large-proof-of-concept trial programs incorporating customer needs and market conditions
- Manage trials to build robust technical data packages for Market Development
- Support Biological Assessment Dossiers and authorities’ claims during evaluation
- Cooperate with external trial cooperators and key technical opinion leaders
- Act as local Country ASM where neededResponsabilidades
- University degree or equivalent in Agriculture, Horticulture or Biological Sciences with experience in plant pathology, weed management or applied entomology
- Excellent knowledge of crops and cropping systems; experience with field trials and methodology
- Solid experience in crop protection product development
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Good team player with cross-functional collaboration and strong networking/communication
- Adaptable, reliable, ownership-driven attitude
- Familiarity with IT applications like Microsoft Office and databases
- Fluent written and spoken English
