As an integral part of frog Customer First community within Capgemini Invent, you will help our clients towards transformations related to digital marketing, CRM and e-commerce strategy, as well as commercial and attention models, customer experience, brand and content. We are looking for Consultants with experience in customer experiece projects, specifically in voice of customer projects.
Who are you?
* You have at least 2 years of consulting experience in Customer Transformation areas
* You have experience in Voice of Customer Projects
* You are comfortable working in international projects and have a good level of English
* Yo have experience with Medallia or Qualtrics
