Position Administrative & Accounting Assistant
Location Hybrid – Office located in Madrid, Spain.
We are now looking for a motivated professional to join us and support the administrative and accounting area of the company.
Key Responsibilities
You will support the day-to-day administrative and financial operations, including:
* Processing and posting supplier invoices
* Support with general accounting
* Assistance with tax matters, mainly VAT
* Follow-up of payments and collections
* General administrative and office support tasks
* Collaboration in the implementation and daily use of Business Central
Profile We Are Looking For
* Degree or studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar
* Strong interest in accounting and finance
* Good level of English (essential – international environment)
* Well-organized, responsible, and eager to learn
* Good knowledge of Excel (valuable)
* ERP knowledge (especially Business Central) is a plus, but not required
