We are a privately run Recovery Centre and currently have a vacancy for an Aministrative Coordinator within our small and friendly team. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations, completing all admin tasks and dealing with potential client enquiries and admissions.The main duties include (but not limited to); - Scheduling- Data keeping for holidays, sick leave etc- Hiring of staff ( collating of job adverts, organising of interviews etc)- Updating staff members, staff meeting notes and training schedule- Coordination and communication with all staff including autonomoinventories and ordering of office supplies- Scheduling meetings, answering phone, maintaining digital and physical records- Preparing agendas, takes notes at meetings- Assisting in preparation of reports (formatting)- Writing and updating policies/ procedures- Updating handbooks. Making of handbooks- Communication with outside agencies- Organisation of appointments (Dr, psych, sober coach etc)- Organisation of car ITVs, works etc- Organisation of client admission- Organisation of client discharge- Printing, organising, creating of documents and paperwork- Paying vendors with cash and keeping records- Counting and keeping track of cash expenditures- Retrieving and organising invoices
