The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, highly dynamic Guest Experience & STR Operations Coordinator to help us elevate guest satisfaction and daily operations across our South Tenerife portfolio (currently ~40 properties).
Perfect for someone who:
Has hotel Rooms Division or related operational experience
Loves solving problems independently

What You'll Do
Guest Experience
Communicate with guests utilizing AI
Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
Monitor reviews and drive continuous improvement Operations Coordination Manage cleaning schedules, property readiness, and checklists via Breezeway Conduct on-site quality inspections
Support onboarding of new properties Maintenance & Repairs
Log, prioritize, and coordinate repair work
Work closely with external technicians to ensure fast resolutions Inventory & Supplies
Track and manage consumables, amenities, and linens
Coordinate stock levels and replenishments Tech & Process Improvement Operate daily in Guesty, Breezeway, automation tools, and AI systems Help improve SOPs and digital workflows Manager on Duty (MOD) Participate in 1 weekend per month MOD standby Handle escalated operational issues (standby shifts included in compensation)
What We're Looking For
Experience in Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping coordination, or similar
Fluent Spanish & English
Tech-savvy and comfortable using PMS, operational apps, automation & AI tools
Strong stress resistance and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Driver's license
Flexibility for dynamic working schedules and MOD shifts
