About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-driven professional to join our team as an Immigration Case Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth client onboarding and administrative processes for Spain-based cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning client activation and document collection processes to ensure timely submission of files to relevant authorities.
- Routinely tracking document validity and expiration dates, alerting clients proactively when issues arise.
- IDentifying add-on services aligned with clients' situations and timelines, avoiding scope gaps and delays.
- Maintaining clean, submission-ready files by validating documentation quality, preparing compliant bundles for review, and keeping case trackers updated in real-time.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), fluency in English and Spanish language proficiency is essential. You should have a strong understanding of Spanish immigration requirements coupled with CRM knowledge (Google Workspace or similar). Calmness under pressure while maintaining professionalism is crucial. Discretion with sensitive information is also vital.
