Mission of the Role
The International Sales Manager will lead the identification and development of new business opportunities within the automotive sector, expanding relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers and international industrial clients.
The role combines strategic sales development, project-based sales and technical coordination, working closely with engineering teams to support customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new international business opportunities within the automotive industry
• Define and implement the commercial strategy across assigned markets
• Manage key relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers and aftermarket partners
• Lead the development of new automotive projects and programs
• Represent the company at international automotive trade fairs and industry events
• Coordinate with engineering teams to develop technical solutions for customers
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Quality, Purchasing and Finance
• Participate in strategic discussions as part of the management team
• The position does not have direct reports but is part of the leadership team.
Profile
We are looking for a commercial profile with strong automotive industry experience xcskxlj and a clear business development mindset.
Key requirements include:
• +5 years of experience in sales roles within the automotive industry
• Experience working with OEMs, Tier suppliers or automotive industrial environments
• Background in technical or engineered products
• Proven experience developing international markets
• Strong business development and project management orientation
• High level of English
• Availability for international travel
Conditions
Location: Vallès area (Barcelona)
Salary range: 60.000€ gross annual salary
Bonus: Up to 20%
