We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Administrative & Office Management Assistant to support daily HR operations while ensuring the smooth running of the office. This role combines administrative HR duties with office management responsibilities, requiring strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a people-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support recruitment processes (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, certificates, etc.)
- Track employee attendance, leave, and absences
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-functioning workplace
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Organize meetings, events, and internal activities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years proven experience in administrative, HR, or office management roles
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
