We are seeking a professional to work with a leading developer and EPC on large-scale ground-mounted solar projects.
Key Responsibilities :
* Manage the EPC phase of international solar ground mount projects, typically ranging from 20-100MW and larger.
* Oversee projects from sales support through to completion, with a strong commercial understanding.
* Be a proactive, solution-oriented project manager with experience managing projects larger than 10MWp.
* Select and manage subcontractors, acting as the main point of contact.
* Travel up to 20% internationally for project sites, client, and subcontractor meetings. The role is flexible to be office-based or remote, with options to relocate to Spain.
Candidate Profile :
* Experience managing large-scale solar projects.
* Strong commercial acumen across project phases.
* Proactive and solution-focused approach.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
* Right to work in Europe / Germany preferred.
