Reporting to a Manager (East Coast) with mentoring from team peers, this role provides process and project support to Research & Advisory experts across multiple geographies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is responsive, proactive, organized, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with being an efficient self-starter.

Administrative Support:

* Manage calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, make travel arrangements, and process visa applications.
* Coordinate equipment and supplies for offices and home offices.
* Assist with onboarding new analysts and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
* Prepare expense reports.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional client service with a positive and professional attitude to internal and external clients.
* Respond promptly to requests, acknowledge receipt within the same day, and set realistic expectations for delivery.
* Maintain regular proactive communication with all relevant colleagues.
* Develop proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gartner business and reporting tools.

Project Support:

* Support special projects under the guidance of a manager, analyst, or peer.
* Assist with event coordination, webinars, and other special assignments.
* Collaborate with departments to improve research and presentation quality and timeliness.
* Support newsletter content creation and dissemination.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum of five GCSEs grade C or higher, including English.
* Excellent English literacy skills in reading and writing.
* 2-3 years of administrative or customer support experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or Google Workspace.
* Comfort with virtual public speaking.
* Strong organizational skills and good math skills.
* Flexible, courteous, poised, efficient, and able to work under pressure with diverse personalities.
