The Program Director of Perioperative Services, reporting to the Vice President of Clinical, provides strategic leadership for the perioperative services portfolio, including Operating Rooms, Cystoscopy, Post Anesthetic Recovery Unit, Pre-operative Care Unit, and Surgical Day Care. The director ensures high-quality patient care aligned with legal, regulatory, and professional standards, and collaborates with the Chief / Physician Director to set strategic direction and promote best practices at Humber River Health.Career Experience and Core Competencies :
Master’s Degree in Nursing or related disciplineRegistration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standingMembership with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO)Clinical experience in acute servicesMinimum of five years management experience working with a medical dyad partnerExperience in business planning, resource management, program development, evaluation, and patient care services managementIf you are passionate about advancing clinical care, energized by innovation and change, possess strong communication skills, and excel at coordinating multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment, this leadership role is ideal for you.Why choose Humber River Health?
